TimeQeeper detects machine operation using an external current sensor or dry-contact signal. When electrical current flows or a control signal becomes active, the sensor registers the machine as running.

The detection is binary (running / not running), ensuring objective and consistent runtime measurement without manual input. Runtime data is automatically recorded and transmitted to the central dashboard.

No structural modifications to the machine are required. The sensor is installed externally in the electrical cabinet or connected to an existing signal. The machine itself remains unchanged.

Installation is non-invasive and designed to integrate with existing infrastructure without interfering with machine operation.

Runtime is measured based on real operating signals rather than estimates or manual logging. Because detection is based on actual electrical activity or control signals, the measurement reflects true machine usage.
